Meredith Vieira, co-host of ABC Daytime’s “The View,” will make her Broadway debut in the Tony Award-winning musical Thoroughly Modern Millie, for one performance only on Wednesday, April 2, 2003 (8 p.m. curtain), in celebration of “Greetings From Broadway – Fan Appreciation Week.”

Vieira’s debut is a highlight of “Greetings From Broadway,” a fan appreciation week that takes place from April 1-7, 2003, sponsored by The League of American Theatres and Producers Inc., (the trade organization for Broadway and touring Broadway across the United States and Canada).

For her Broadway debut, Vieira will appear in several scenes throughout the show, assuming the roles of Daphne, the Dishwasher, the Speed Tappist and more.
